Remote Support Agreement

By Allowing an EBS Support Agent to connect to your computer you are agreeing that:

  • You agree that you have made a backup of all important documents and have saved any work currently in use.
  • You accept that My Computer Repair is not responsible for any data loss as a result of your support session.
  • You accept that My Computer Repair Support Agents have been trained to the best of their ability.
  • You accept to pay the final invoice amount that will be billed after this remote session, which will be due immediately.
  • You authorize our support agents to remotely connect to your computer to diagnose/resolve any issues.
  • You accept that My Computer Repair will not share private/personal information displayed or accessibly by support agents to third parties, excluding the relevant authorities should such material be found to be against the Misues of Computer Act 1990
  • You agree that your 90 day warranty covers you only for repairs/services performed throughout this remote session.
  • YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD My Computer Repair, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND AFFILIATES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, IN ANY WAY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR VIOLATION OF THE TERMS.
  • You agree that the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, shall govern these Terms
  • By Filling out any forms or using our services you agree to be bound by this Remote Services Agreement
